Palmerston Highway cyclone reconstruction works

Tropical Cyclone Jasper reconstruction works have been completed on the Palmerston Highway (Millaa Millaa-Innisfail).

Two landslip sites were stabilised to restore the critical freight route between the Atherton Tablelands and the coast to pre-event function.

The completion of this project is a significant milestone in the district’s disaster recovery program.

Funding
