Deliver pilot and/or escort vehicle driver accreditation
You must apply to be recognised as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to deliver pilot and/or escort vehicle driver accreditation in Queensland.
How to apply
To be considered for recognition by the Department of Transport and Main Roads, your application must include:
- your trading name and RTO registration number
- contact information
- certificate of incorporation (if applicable)
- photo evidence of training facilities and equipment
- details of your client base—such as face-to-face or corporate
- location/s where you'll deliver training and assessments
- evidence of your course content, training and assessment resources
- trainer and assessor details including their qualifications
- disclosure of any partnership agreements.

Applications received without the appropriate supporting documentation will not be accepted.
Each application is assessed based on the required technical content, with a focus on the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
We may refuse your application or ask you to update your course materials if:
- technical content is incorrect or incomplete
- information is outdated
- references to relevant national and Queensland laws, or department policy, are incorrect or insufficient
- course does not meet the required standards.
