Buyers - Contract Conditions

The Contract Conditions captured below are to be used for the Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP).

Available IBCP categories:

• Contract Administration Services (CAS) and Project Management - Civil (PM)
• Environmental and Cultural Heritage, and
• Survey.

IBCP Contract Conditions are not suitable transport infrastructure engineering design engagement. For transport infrastructure engineering design engagements, please refer to Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP). The CFEP prequalification categories will not be included in the IBCP.
