  • Completed rollout of Smart Ticketing project with more than 26.3 million trips taken in 2024–25 being made using Smart Ticketing.
  • Introduced a new Translink network map with improved accessibility for people with visual impairments and launched an interactive online version.
  • Assisted 45,071 Queenslanders to access more affordable taxi travel through the Taxi Subsidy Scheme.
  • Queensland Digital Licence was adopted by over one million Queenslanders since its statewide launch in November 2023.
  • Launched the Queensland Digital Identity platform, enhancing online security and reducing fraud for government transactions.
  • Subsidised essential goods and groceries with a 20 per cent discount on items at participating retailers across the Northern Peninsula, Torres Strait, and Gulf region under the Cape Retail Scheme.
  • Delivered over 3500 learning moment sessions, covering more than 24 topics to enhance understanding of customer accessibility and inclusion needs.
  • Supported 118,000 students through the School Transport Assistance Scheme, with $216 million in funding provided in 2024–25.
  • Delivered improved bus driver safety measures including deploying Network Officers, installing driver barriers, and providing de-escalation training.
  • Continued to implement the Accessibility and Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan, incorporating universal design principles and co-design methodology into projects and business-as-usual activities.
  • Facilitated 27 engagement activities through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Disability Engagement Panel, connecting employees and people with disabilities to co-design solutions.
  • Continued to support 10 local governments to upgrade over 300 bus stops to meet accessibility standards under the Passenger Transport Accessible Infrastructure Program.
  • Completed upgrading 75 Next Generation Rollingstock (NGR) trains to deliver the most accessible rail fleet in Queensland to date.
  • Celebrated six years of the Bus Driver of the Year Awards, with over 1300 nominations and 7000 public votes cast in 2024.
  • Reintroduced in-person driver trainer forums across Queensland, strengthening relationships and supporting consistent driver training.
  • Supported 247 attendees at the ID Connect (Toowoomba) event to access identification services.
