Eligibility and suitability to hold operator accreditation
You must meet eligibility and suitability requirements to be granted operator accreditation. If you don’t meet these requirements, we may refuse your application.
If you already hold operator accreditation and you no longer meet these requirements, we may amend, suspend, or cancel your accreditation. A suitability assessment will consider your current or previous compliance with safety duties and passenger transport legislation, including any expired requirements.
Refer to Decisions to amend, suspend, cancel or refuse operator accreditation and the Safety management framework for road-based public passenger services web pages.
