Changes to multi-combination registered training organisations

You must notify the department of any changes to your organisation or training delivery if you are a recognised multi-combination Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering the unit of competency Drive Multi-Combination Vehicle (TLIC4006). All changes require approval before they can be implemented.

Changes to training materials or delivery

Once you sign the Delivery of Training Course Deed (the Deed), you must get our approval for any changes to training or assessment before you implement them.

To request changes, you must email [email protected] with:

• A summary of the proposed changes
• Any updated documentation (e.g. revised Training and Assessment Strategy).

We will review the changes and let you know in writing within 20 business days if the amendments are approved. If we need more information, we may take another 20 business days from the date you provide the clarifications or corrections.

If we reject the amendments, you must keep delivering the current training and assessment materials.

Change in RTO ownership

If there is a change in ownership (actual or proposed), your recognition to deliver TLIC4006 becomes invalid.

You must notify us of any actual or proposed change in control of the RTO or holding company of the RTO. The existing Deed will be terminated with 7 calendar days written notice.

If you would like to continue delivering TLIC4006 under new ownership, you will need to submit a new application to us.

Change of Deed Manager or contact details

If there are changes to the Deed Manager, alternative representatives, or contact details in Schedule 1 of your Deed, you need our agreement to change the Deed.

To seek agreement, you must notify us of your intent to vary the Deed by emailing [email protected] and attaching the updated Schedule 1.

We will review the changes and notify you in writing within 20 business days about whether the variation is approved. If we need more information, we may take another 20 business days from the date you provide the clarifications or corrections.

We reserve the right to accept or decline the proposed variation and will notify you in writing of the outcome.
